Body weight exercises & resistance training are the norm for this class.

Class is structured by timed rounds or rounds by reps.

Group training consists of 6 weekly themed training protocols.

BARBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, DUMBBELLS, SANDBAGS,

BATTLE ROPES, TIRES, MEDICINE BALLS, TRX and more!


BARBARIAN BOOT CAMP 

A fast paced circuit training circuit comprised of strength training stations

followed by a cardio activity, i.e. an outdoor run, a row or treadmill work.

It's functional strength training with movement to maximize your potential.
