I feel the best way to describe myself is someone who is very passionate about fitness training and genuinely cares about the success of my clients. I dedicate a great deal of time, effort and preparation into the programming of every fitness session I coach, whether it's Group Training, One on One training or Specialty Classes. I'm driven to get results, so clients can live a healthy and prosperous lifestyle.
I've been fortunate and blessed to be a Fitness Trainer & Strength Coach since 2005.
I'm always furthering my education to expand my knowledge as I hold 16 fitness certifications.
I bring more to the table than most Trainers & Coaches because I have Type II Diabetes and Hypothyroidism. For clients that struggle with these conditions, I'll be an effective mentor as I have experience the same struggles. I have lost over 70 lbs since April 2017.
