I genuinely care about the success of my clients and I dedicate a great deal of time & effort into the programming
of every fitness session I coach. Whether it's Group Training, One on One or Specialty Classes, my goal is to get results, so clients can live a healthy and prosperous lifestyle. I've been fortunate and blessed to be a Fitness Trainer & Strength Coach since 2005.
I'm always furthering my education to expand my knowledge as I hold 16 fitness certifications. I feel that I bring more to the table than most Trainers & Coaches because I have Type II Diabetes & Hypothyroidism. For clients that struggle with these conditions, not only can I be an effective mentor , I can share the same experiences clients struggle and deal with. Gyms are shut down. Our basic quality life has changed. Some people stop doing the things they should be doing, while others are trying their best to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I've always found an alternate way of doing things when an obstacle is placed in front of me.
